Day trip to Basel and Bern from Zurich -what to do

    Hi

    I would like to cover both Basel and Bern in 1 day. pls let me know what are the important places to see in these cities.

    i will be staying in Zurich. I can leave early morning with a plan to return back to Zurich late in the evening.

    I also have a specific question.

    My son is a football fan and wants to visit the Basel football stadium in St Jakob Park.

    Please let me know if visitors are allowed inside the stadium on non playing days.Also please let me know if there is an entry fee?
