To visit the Aare gorge (local name Aareschlucht) (ie schlucht = gorge) you need to travel first to Meiringen on the Luzern – Interlaken Zentralbahn. This is easy from either end of the Zentralbahn line, as the Luzern – Interlaken Express runs Luzern – Meiringen – Interlaken Ost and vice versa every hour throughout the day.
Here is a link to the Swiss Official Timetable PDF:
http://www.fahrplanfelder.ch/fileadmin/fap_pdf_fields/2022/470.pdf
As you will see on the timetable, Luzern – Meiringen takes 1 hour 10 minutes, Interlaken Ost – Meiringen takes 33 minutes.
From Meiringen you take a separate shuttle train to Aareschlucht West or Aareschlucht Ost.
This timetable PDF shows the line from Meiringen but also the connecting times for both Luzern and Interlaken:

A map of the entrances , railway and walking path is here:

Hi Sohail,
from both places it is doable. Where do you spend more time? In Lucerne or in the Jungfrau region? Where do you have more time or flexibility in your itinerary so far?
Lauterbrunnen – Meiringen takes around 1 hr, Lucerne – Meiringen 1 hr 10 mins according to the timetable. If you are not familir with the SBB timetable, you1ll find a guide here: http://www.myswissalps.com/timetable.
