Activating Eurail Select Pass & reservations

    Hello all, we bought eurail 2-country swiss+Italy pass from raileurope.ca but can not figure out how to activate the pass to be able to reserve trains online. Does anyone here know how to do that? Their customer service seem to be non-existent.

    Hi sfs and welcome to MySwissAlps!

    Rail Europe has a FAQ on their website explaining how to validate the Eurail Select Pass: http://www.raileurope.ca/l-europe-en-train/faq/

    You don’t need to validate the pass until you start traveling as explained on their website. You can make reservations before validating your pass.
