We are reaching Lucerne after 9 hrs flight and 1 hr train journey in 16 morning, please advice what activities can be done on 16 evening, can we take the double decker cable car in evening what is the time for last trip of it or shall we do some activities in local place guide at the earliest ….

The mountains aren’t open very late in the evening so it may be something you want to do in the afternoon. The timetable can help you plan the trips. https://www.myswissalp s.com/timetable

I think you are referring to Stanserhorn (https://www.myswissalp s.com/stanserhorn) with the open air deck on top of the cable car. It is a nice trip and is open late on Fridays and Saturdays until 22:00 (are you talking about today June 16 or another month?)
