Hello all…was looking for advise on which swiss pass we shall buy as the below is our itenary and if we are missing out on anything .our plan is to do visit 2 mountains matheron and titlis . We plan to stay in Bern for 9 nights and 1 night in zurich before taking an early morning flight. Secondly we want to make this trip special for our 6 yr old daughter who loves traveling and doesn’t mind long day trips .thanks for your help in advance

Day 1 Arrive in geneva at 10 am store luggage in locker and visit the fountain and take a short cruise .take the train to bern and stay at bern for 9 nights

Day 2 check weather and visit Matherron. Does swiss pass cover this

Day 3 visit chocolate factory in broc

Day 4 visit mt titlis does swiss pass cover this

Day 5 visit lake como

Day 6 visit lucern and walk around take a cruise

Day 7 visit palace an take a cruise on lake thub

Day 8 visit foxtown for shopping.

Day 9 sighteeeing in bern

Day 10 train to zurich and visit zoo

Day 11 take flight out of zurich

Hi Sam999 and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Bern isn’t the most central location for some of your trip. Why don’t you split it between Bern and Lucerne or Interlaken?

You can’t visit the Matterhorn, only nearby mountains to get the best views. The Swiss Travel Pass gets you 50% off trips from Zermatt up to Gornergrat or Klein Matterhorn.

I also think Lake Como (the town of Como anyway) is quite far to go as a day trip from Bern (4 hours each way). Have you looked at going to Lugano on Lake Lugano instead? It is similar but only 2 hours from Lucerne by train.
