Arriving in Basel on Mon 4th June

Hi All,

I'll be flying into Basel around 11am next Monday. I'll take a train straight to Interlaken.

1) Is it possible to buy the Swiss Half Fare card at Basel main train station and will I be able to use it straight away for my ticket to Interlaken?

2) Would it be cheaper to buy a round trip fare as I am returning to Basel airport 6 days later?

Hi yc2012. Yes, that's possible; please visit the Swiss Half Fare Card page for all details. If you plan to make trips during your stay in Interlaken as well, the Swiss Half Fare Card is definitely better than buying regular round trip tickets.
