I have read a thread posted by an aspirant traveler who sought information of Public Toilets availability in Zurich, Interlaken, Jungfrau, Titlis etc.

Since we are (myself and my wife) diabetic, requiring these utility services off and on. Please guide how to have access and are these free or paid.

Our experience in Italy that we have to expand Euro 2 for each time utilizing the services. How much amount is to be paid in Switzerland.

    Hi Devender,

Find a superb overview of public toilets in Switzerland in the link below:

I have not found detailed information on prices. Toilets in supermarkets or similar will often be free but only open during opening times. Otherwise I would make sure you carry 1 and 2 Frank pieces on you, which is normally the price for a payable toilet.

    Hope this helps.

    Best,
    Steph
