Best route Interlaken to Jungfrau?

    We would like to plan a round-trip from Interlaken towards the Jungfrau. Our 2 choices are to travel via Wengen to KleineScheidegg to Grindelwald to Interlaken by rail, or to go by rail to Wengen, then gondola to Mannlichen and Grund, then rail to Grindelwald to Interlaken. Which route would you recommend? Thanks! Your advice to so many travelers is quite helpful.

    Hello tomtomsmom,

    If I understand your plans correctly, you do not intend to go all the way up to the Jungfraujoch, right? I would prefer the first option as it is closer to the Eiger North face. Both are beautiful though.
