Guys, I am travelling with family to Jungfrau after 10 of Jul.

Planning to get 5 days Jungfrau travel pass . Is it worth in that region ?

Would be coming daily from Interlaken spend whole day in Jungfrau till late night.

I’d say yes to both. But what are you wanting to do? The region is best for mountain visits and hiking.
