Hi,

I booked four days consecutive swiss travel pass from Klook today evening. I had to travel from tomorrow. But it is still showing booking processing. I thought it would be immediate delivery of pass as it is online process now a days. Any luck how to contact Klook. I wrote an email but without any luck

I always recommend going direct to the Swiss tourist office or Swiss Federal Railways because they actually operate the service.

Welcome to MySwissAlps! I’m sorry to hear you’re still waiting. The page https://www.klook.com/activity/11366-swiss-travel-rail-pass/ says they will send the pass within 24 hours. Here’s a page listing trusted websites to buy from: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/price. Many send the pass instantly. That includes the tourist web shop of the Swiss Federal Railways at https://shop.switzerlandtravelcentre.com/#/en/product/swissPass.

Be sure to check your spam folder for the mail from Klook as well.
