    Dear MySwiss Alps members,

Time flies and we are 8 days away from our trip! 🤩

Could you help me to check the travel adaptor in the attached picture and advise if it is suitable for use at Switzerland, please?

    Thank you!

Adapters for Switzerland are type J. “European” adapters are not what you want.

Yes that should be suitable. All Swiss sockets now have the ‘lozenge’ shape, and your adapter appears to have the right ‘lozenge’ shape

We have discussed this extensively in the past, perhaps the mods could dig out one of the threads

You haven’t told us what country’s plugs you plan to use with the adaptor. I use American (US) devices to plug into Swiss outlets with adaptors. Your picture doesn’t show the female end.

    Apologies for the missing information.

We will be using Singapore devicea. Have attached pictures of the travel adaptor again. Thank you!

just keep in mind, that we have 230V instead of 110V, make sure your device can handle it (most chargers do, but not the hairdryer or toaster).
