Cancellation of Swiss Travel Pass

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought 2 Swiss Travel Pass Promo for 15 days.The pass is valid from 05-10-2021 to 20-10-2021.

    Bought on line from SBB CFF FFS.

    Due to Covid-19,our goverment not allow people travel overseas for holidays.

    Therefore.I have to cancel my travel plan.

    I can’t find the website that provide procedure for the refund.

    Please advise ! Thank you

    I’m sorry you had to cancel your trip.

    To cancel your Swiss Travel Pass, you should contact the SBB webshop personally and provide all relevant information. You can find the contact information here: http://www.myswissalps.com/aboutus/partners/sbb
