Is it possible to get a refund for train tickets purchased from Zurich to Lucerne? Also, are tellpasses refundable?

Yes, you can request for a refund but you would be asked to provide a valid reason. For train tickets purchased from SBB, you can request for a refund here: http://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/buying-options/refund-request.html. Other retailers can be found at http://www.myswissalps.com/traintickets/switzerland/price.

For refund on Tellpass, you would have to contact your reseller or the agent you purchased it from: http://www.myswissalps.com/tellpass/price.
