Hello Ritubehal77 and Welcome to MySwissAlps,

Nice to hear you’re coming to celebrate your little one’s birthday in Switzerland! 🙂

Even in November you can have lovely days and sceneries, even if the weather can sometimes be a bit annoying, everything is possible:

    Hi Ritubehal77 –

    <<” some open green space”>>

I don’t think you will find any open green space in Switzerland in November. That is really the very end of Autumn, and the beginning of Winter. Switzerland does not have many colors of Autumn, they way some other counties do.

Many traditional inns and hotels have a variety of meeting rooms, which they rent out for parties and celebrations. Since that is the really low season in the Alps, you won’t find many of them in use. You also will find that many hotels and inns are closed until the ski season starts in mid December.
