Change date of purchased Gornergrat tickets

    Hi. I purchased two train tickets to the gornergrat and just realized it’s for the wrong date. Am I SOL? Or can I change the date of departure? I am not seeing anything online about this.

    Did you purchase the ticket from a reseller? In most cases it’s usually possible to change the dates. It’s best to contact the reseller you bought the ticket from: https://www.myswissalps.com/gornergrat/tickets

    Ok. Thank you, Anna. I contacted the seller and am waiting for a response! I hope they can change it.
