Hi,

Can you suggest some chocolate factory outlet tour which is near to Zurich or Wengen. Our travel date is from April 29th to May 9th.

How about Lindt & Sprungli Chocolate Factory Outlet Tours? Will this be there during April?Are they only accepting people as groups?Or should we need to take guided tour?Can we go by ourselves?What about the price? I couldn’t get a clear idea while going through different websites.

Please advise.

Hello Joan,

You do realise it is actually very hard to walk more than a small number of metres in any Swiss town/city and larger Swiss railway station without your eyes being assaulted by shop front displays of a vast range of extremely seductive chocolate products. A factory outlet is just a big choccie discount store.

Lucky you, and yes visiting a chocolate factory to understand more about how chocolate is made in Switzerland is an experience. Of course as Rockoyster says there are also a number of chocolate shops anywhere around Switzerland that can offer you a similar experience 🙂
