Thanks for the reply. It appears that the Christmas events are not happening on 11/23-26. Are you aware of something not listed on the sites?

From 15 November to 23 December, you can find Christmas markets in or near Lucerne: http://www.myswissalps.com/ac tivities/christmasmark ets. Here is the list: http://www.luzern.com/en/high lights/christmas-in-lucerne/christmas-markets/ I am sure wold visit the one on Pilatus: http://www.myswissalps.com/pi latus/gettingthere. You get a wonderful mountain with a view and the Christmas market 😉
