Combine Swiss travel pass and Jungfrau travel pass

We will be in Switzerland for 9 days. Traveling most days but staying 3 nights in Lucern and 3 nights will be in Wengen.

I guess it would make sense to combine both the Swiss and Jungfrau travel passes?

Buy the Swiss pass first which gives us the discount on the Jungfrau pass?

If you want to combine both, then yes, you'll get a discount on your Jungfrau Travel Pass. It doesn't matter which one you buy first, as long as you have both while traveling.
