Concerned about early booking for Jungfraujoch

Thanks to all of the people lending help on this forum site, especially Arno, Lucas and the many other experts. I am interested in booking the Jungfraujoch reservation offer Arno posted in the newsletter for 2019 changes. My concern is if it is flexible, due to weather changes around May 9-10, 2019, the dates we planned to visit the mountain. I was cautioned by some hotel operators to wait until the day of travel to buy tickets. However, is that too late to get the special offer with reservations and the coupon? Thanks
