Connection from Murren to Glacier Express

    I’d welcome any advice re: travel from Murren to connect with the Glacier Express at Brig or Andermatt. Not sure which is the best connect point and if train , bus, or car is best option.

    The SBB Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) will give you the fastest connection between Mürren and Brig. How far are you planning on travelling on the Glacier Express and where will you stay at the end of that journey? If you are intending an excursion from Mürren and return then expect a long day of travel.

    If you travel on the actual Glacier Express you will need to make reservations. If you follow the same route on regular trains reservations are not required.
