    Hello!

We will be traveling to Interlaken ost from Lucerne on 10/21. It looks like there is construction on the route and replacement buses are provided from Brunig to Interlaken. Is it difficult to take luggage on the buses (will have one large bag and two small carry on bags)?

Also, we are going from Interlaken to Geneva and are taking the Golden Line to Montreux. Noticed that the transfer time at Zweisimmen is only 3 minutes. Is it realistic to think we can make that connection with three people and three bags?

    Thank you!

    Hi AD!

No worries. Replacement buses are well suited to transport train passengers and their luggage. You won’t have problems carrying one large and two small bags.

The Zweisimmen rail station is small, and the 3-minute change is designed to guarantee a perfect connection between the trains from Interlaken and the ones to Montreux. So yes, you’ll make that.
