    Hi,

I am planning to visit Jungfrau in early December and will be starting my journey from Interlaken.

    I found your post particularly useful – http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfraujoch/gettingther e

However i was trying to understand the cost implications here.

I will carry a Swiss Travel Pass which will allow me free/discounted transport.

For this journey, will the leg from Interlaken- Kleine Scheidegg (either via Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen) be free since i will have the Swiss Travel Pass?

Do i only have to pay for Kleine Scheidegg- Jungfrau leg of the journey?

    Many Thanks

The journey from Interlaken to Wengen or Grindelwald is free but from either of those villages to Jungfraujoch is only discounted 25% for a Swiss Travel Pass holder.

See the fine print on the STP Validity map at http://www.myswissalp s.com/swisstravelpass/ validity (Check the note marked ②)
