My husband and I will be visiting and staying Lucerzn September 26-30, 2023. I’ve read that there are cow parades and related festivals in small villages in Switzerland in September. The ones I’ve been able to read about seem to all be located in the southern French speaking areas of Switzerland. Does anyone know where I could find information about any festival taking place near Lucerzn or perhaps Zurich around September 30th? Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is a list of all the cow parades so far. Do keep tabs, as the list may not be complete. Perhaps when you arrive in Lucerne, you can also pop into the local tourist office and inquire if there is anything held locally.
