Are the dates on the printed etickets the valid dates, or will the tickets be valid the first date that we activate the pass. We are concerned because the pass have May 15, 2020 on it, but we will not be in Switzerland until May 24. Are our passes correct? If not, is there a way to correct the dates?

What kind of pass are you talking about? Swiss Travel Pass, the Flex Pass or ??

Swiss travel passes for 8 days

If you have an 8-day continuous Swiss Travel Pass then you have a problem. The 8-days wil commence on 15 May and be expired by the time you get there. Contact the retailer and get it changed/replaced.

As stated by Rockoyster, if you have a consecutive Swiss Travel Pass the only way to get the date corrected is by contacting the retailer.
