We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens. We have booked our accommodation in Luzern for 6 nights. Is it recommended to travel from Luzern to Jungfrau.

Further to give u a brief, we have booked Zurich accommodation from 1 July to 4 the July (3 nights) and then 4 th to 10th (6 nights). We are planning to cover Central and north of Swiss while in Luzern.

Since we are flying back on 17 from Zurich, need suggestion for last 7 nights. No plans yet, however, would love to do hocolate train, Bollywood tour and then with Golden pass back

Please help I m confused.

So nice to hear you’re coming for a nice long stay to Switzerland!

The Jungfraujoch is absolutely visitable from Lucerne in a day trip. As you consider taking the Golden Pass towards Montreux in the 7 days available you will be travelling through that area anyway and could consider adding some a night (or more) in Interlaken.

I checked a couple of place for accommodation in interlaken and find them very expensive considering it’s too late. Could you please suggest any good and inexpensive accomodation for a night.
