Day trip to Lucerne from Bern?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if there is enough time to do a day trip to Lucerne from Bern? We'd like to go on the lake as well as up to Mt Rigi. Is this enough time and should we reserve any tickets in advance? We will have a swiss travel pass and are traveling mid Sept.

Please see my answer in your other thread. You can do so, and everything is included in the pass. You don't need anything else.
