I'm new to the forum. I have planned a 12 N/13D trip to switzerland and Austria from 7th July to 17th July.
I have ordered 8 days Swiss pass online thru' Swisstravelsystems.com requesting delivery thru' DHL express to my address in Sharjah (UAE) on 6/04/2013. I would like to know the following:

1) Expected time frame to recieve the pass.
2) Do I get a tracking no for DHL express.
3) Do the pass come pre-validated
4) In case I do not receive the pass prior to my departure what do I do??

Sorry if the questions do sound silly. Appreciate your inputs.

Hi globetrotter! You can check such details by entering your country of residence in the upper right corner of the Swiss Pass page, select Swisstravelsystem.com/Swissrailways.com and click 'Show more information' there. Details will be displayed on expected delivery dates, validation of the pass (refer to 'Quick transfer'), and so on. For specific and detailed question on your order, you can best contact Swisstravelsystem.com. Contact information is mentioned in this reseller overview too.
