    Hi Jackamama,

    Welcome to the forum.

You do not activate your Swiss Travel Pass. It is dated.

You just show it, together with your passport, when asked by ticket collector on the trains.

    Enjoy your visit.

Will a copy of the passport do?

No, you must have your passport. Not a copy.

Thank you Jane! i am gping to Titlis tomorrow. First, i don‘t know if it is cold enough to have snow. Secondly, from Lucerne to Titlis, from info, i need to change a few times. And from Engelberg, i can get the discounted tickets to go up to Mt Titlis, is that right?

The train from Luzern goes direct to Engelberg. Just show your STP at the ticket Titlis ticket office to get your 50% discount.
