MySwissAlps.com features ads, commercial and non-commercial Eurail pass Switzerland discounts for bus, boats?

Our family of 6 adults will be in Lucerne May 9-11. We each have a 2-country Eurail Flexi Pass for Switzerland & Italy. We want to take a boat trip on Lake Lucerne (“commuter” boat, not a tour boat), do a mountain Excursion to Mt. Pilatus (Lucerne-Alpnachstad-Pilatus-Frakmuntegg-Kriens-Lucerne), or Mt. Rigi (Lucerne-Vitznau-Rigi Kulm-Rigi Kaltbad-Weggis-Lucerne) and also take a bus from Kriens to Lucerne as well as use city busses. Do Eurail Flexi Pass holders get discounts on boats, busses, mountain excursions? Where can I find prices and schedules for each mode of transportation? Many thanks for your help.

Welcome to MySwissAlps! Our Eurail Global Pass page explains about the discounts and also offers a downloadable map: http://www.myswissalps.com/eu railglobalpass/validit y. Buses, like the one from Kriens, are not included nor discounted (but it will be free anyway if you are a hotel guest in Lucerne: http://www.myswissalps.com/lu cerne/travel). Even though your pass is a slightly different one (no longer sold as of 2019), the discounts are the same as the Eurail Global Pass.
