Can anyone tell me if Eurail passholder provides a discount for Lake Brienz/Thun boat trips if we dont want to count it as a “travel day?”

Boat trips on Lake Brienz and Lake Thun are for free with the Eurail Global Pass. In case of the Flexi Pass you can travel on the free routes on your selected travel days only, so yes, it counts as a “travel day”: http://www.myswissalps.com/eu railglobalpass/validit y.
