If I take the train from Lucerne to Fluelen, will I arrive at the same train station where I get the Gotthard Express from Fluelen to Lugano? ( I don’t know if there is only 1 train station in Fluelen or more than one.) Thank you.

There is only one train station at Flüelen. It is about a 2 minute walk from the ship landing, in case you ride the lake boat.

Fluelen is a small village, it definitely only has one railway station. The railway station is right next to the lake and the landing stage of the lake boats.
