From December 11 2022: new GoldenPass Express

    Dear travelers,

    From December 11 2022 (which is when the Swiss timetable for 2023 starts), the GoldenPass Express train between Interlaken and Montreux will be available.

    This brand new and comfortable train is a direct connection between both towns. It can switch between narrow gauge and standard gauge. This means that travelers on this train don’t have to change trains in Zweisimmen. A switch in Zweisimmen remains necessary for travelers on the GoldenPass Panoramic and GoldenPass Belle Époque trains.
