Glacier Express reservations in April

We are looking at taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt to Chur next April. I can’t figure out how to reserve this. Do I have to reserve each individual section of the route? Is any section closed at this particular time of the year. I am assuming my swiss rail pass can be used.

Should I by my pass on line?

    Thanks in advance.

There is one Glacier Express per day in early April 2019, and two per day after 19 April 2019, as shown on the Glacier Express website

It is most convenient to buy your Swiss Travel Pass On-line and print at home. See http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/price.

Even with an STP you still need to make and pay for seat reservations. You can only do that from 90-days from your travel date at shop.glacierexpress.ch /gex_en.

    Hi Hedvig,

I just posted a link to reservations on your other Glacier Express post. In the future you can keep these all on the same thread. 🙂
