Glacier Express Brig to Chur, then to Zurich

    Hello

    I’m planning to travel on Glacier express from Brig to Chur an then would like to head to Zurich. 2 Qs:

    1. Would I miss much if I dont take Chur to St. Moritz part of the Glacier Express route?
    2. What is the scenic and efficient way to reach Zurich from Chur?

    Hi Chinta,

    While you are missing some nice scenery, you are also seeing a lot of great landscapes on your route too! Sometimes it isn’t possible to do it all and I’m not sure if you could work it into your schedule and also get to Zurich on the same evening.

    There really isn’t another option for train routes to Zurich from Chur (direct train in about 1 hour 15 minutes) unless you go way out of your way – I’m not sure if you want/need to do that after the Glacier Express?
