Gluten free options in Co-op in Lauterbrunnen

Hi,

I am visiting Switzerland later this month and staying for a few days in Lauterbrunnen. I just wondered if anyone could advise me with regards to gluten free food options in that area? I understand that there is a Co-op which may or may not sell gluten free items? And there is a bakery which may have a small choice of gluten free items?

I know my hotel has a gluten free option for breakfast but any other recommendations or advice for lunch or dinner are very much welcome
