Golden Pass-1st class res/2nd class Swiss Pass

    I plan to purchase 2nd class 8 day Swiss travel passes but already reserved 1st class seats on Golden pass (Interlaken to Zweisimmen and Zweisimmen to Montreux sections ). Will we be able to use those seats without upgrading our Swiss Travel passes to first class? If not, what should I do?

    Hi Lindalsw, and welcome to MySwissAlps,

    You can buy an ‘upgrade ticket’ (in German: Klassenwechsel) at a railway station. You will pay half the difference in the ticket prices for that route.
