I need some advice on this particular journey. My trip is as follows:

    Dats 1-3 Lucerne
    Days 4-5 Interlaken
    Days 5-6 Montreux

I would like to get the Golden Pass from Lucern through to Montreux but as you can see from my iterinary its over 6 days. Is it possible to break travel on the Golden Pass but over a 6 day period?

    Thanks!

    Hello simpsontina1,

It’s no problem to break your Golden Pass trip in two legs. If you travel by regular trains, you don’t have to book in advance. You just need a valid rail pass or regular ticket to board the train. If you prefer to travel on the official Golden Pass Panoramic train, you are advised to book seats in addition to the rail pass/ticket. In that case, you need to book seats for two separate journeys.

Does this answer your question? Have a beautiful trip!
