Hey divyamodi!
Believe me, based on my experience, I’ve never had a single issue with the swiss transport system. Not even with too much luggage! You can easily carry your luggage in any train, bus or tram.
Your entire trip that you’ve explained above is covered by the swiss travel pass, except for glacier 3000 cable car, for which you’ll be getting 50% on the tickets. That would be around 40 chf (after the 50% off) for a round trip. But please do confirm on the SBB website or app just in case if there are any changes.
Its my personal opinion that there’s no need of reserving seats for the golden pass trains. But if you have a very fixed schedule, you may go ahead with it. We hadn’t reserved any seats, and easily found place in the trains (including the panoramic one from zweisimmen to Montreux) without reservations.
Hope this helps! Enjoy!

This page explains how to get to Pilatus:

You can plan your trip to Glacier 3000 using the Swiss Timetable:
http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable
The final destination to use is “Glacier-des-Diablerets”. From Montreux you can go via train to Gstaad; or train to Les Diablerets via Aigle; then bus from Gstaad or Les Diablerets to the stop called “Col-du-Pillon, Glacier 3000”. Going via Les Diablerets is sometimes faster. See http://www.myswissalps.com/glacier3000 as well.
>> and also what is covered in Swiss pass
You can download a map from the link below, showing what is covered by the Swiss Travel Pass.
As explained in the legend on the map, red lines are trains, yellow lines are buses, black lines are cable cars, white lines are boats. Solid lines are free, dotted lines are discounted. Discounts are mostly 50%, but only 25% for transport where you see the number “1” inside circle near the dotted line. There are a few grey lines on the map as well, which indicate transport that is not covered by the Swiss Travel Pass.

Most of the activities are included in the price of the cable car ticket (on which you will get a 50% discount with the Swiss Travel Pass).
