Can Golden Pass be boarded with normal Swiss Pass?

    Hi

    Jus wanna know if Golden Pass can be boarded with a normal Swiss Pass or u need separate ticket for travelling in Golden Pass or Glacier Express.

    Hi Atin1809 and welcome to MySwissAlps!

    I think you mean the Swiss Travel Pass? That is all you need to board a train on the Golden Pass route.
    You can make reservations here but it is not mandatory.

    So u mean to say that with Swiss Travel Pass u can travel in Golden Pass or Glacier Express or Berlina express also for free.

    Hi Atin,

    Yes, you do not need tickets. But if the train requires a seat reservation you do need to buy that. As Lucas said the Golden Pass trains don’t require reservations. The other two do. You’ll find all details on our scenic train pages and the Swiss Travel Pass page Lucas referred to (click “Where it’s valid”).
