Thanks. I seemed to have missed this detail and have ended up paying GBP 29 each for the 2 children even though we have a Family card. Do you know if i can ask for a refund? Is there anybody within Pilatus Bahnen i can contact regarding this. I had made a similar mistake while booking the Glacier express tickets but I contacted them and they were quite prompt in reverting that they will refund the money to my card.
I can't seem to locate any contact email for Pilatus bahnen
