We would like to know whether we can play in snow and are there any snow activities in gornergrat ?

We are a group of 12 adults and 7 children in zermatt area from 8th to 11th may 2015.

We want our kids who 6 years of age to touch snow and play in it . is that possible anywhere around Zermatt .

Where should we go ??

Hi hardik,

I expect there’s still snow on the Gornergrat by then. There will be snow on Klein Matterhorn for sure, and there are more activities there, although the Summer snow park won’t be open until July. Personally I like the views from Gornergrat better. I suppose you best decide once you’re there, based on the weather and the availability of snow. The links provide more information.
