Gornergrat Bahn – Need reversation?

    Hi,

    • Do we need to purchase Gornergrat Bahn ticket in advance to secure our seats?
    • The website also mentioned the ticket is valid for 10 years. Need more clarification on this. Does it mean we can use the same ticket for consecutive days?

    Hi Li,

    1. No you can not reserve a seat on the Gornergrat Bahn. You can buy a ticket for a specific date but not a time or for a seat.
    2. I don’t know about 10 years! The return ticket is valid for 10 days….so people can stay up on the mountain – hotels are available).
