Gotthard Panorama Express from Lugano reservations

    I made a reservation on HappyRail.com from Lugano to Fluelen in 1st class, it was CHF 28.00.

    This is just a reservation correct?

    Eventually I will be able to purchase the actual train/boat ticket and that will be from Lugano to Lucerne via Fluelen? And it will just be 2nd class on the boat but I can upgrade to 1st once on-board?

    Yup, that is the reservation you bought.

    Yes, upgrading to 1st class on the boat is a popular option as it gives you access to the top deck. Enjoy the trip!

    Correct about seat reservation.

    Buy 2 tickets.

    1. 2nd Class Lugano to Flüelen via Göschenen.

    2. 1st Class Flüelen to Luzern on boat.
