    Hi

We will be visiting Jungfraujoch on 18th March 2019 via wengen-Kleine Scheidegg-Jungfraujoch but on return we wish to travel from Jungfraujoch to Grindelwald, I found three places Grindelwald, Grindelwald Grund and First Grindelwald, so pl advice which Grindelwald is scenic to spend about an hour ( We are all senior citizens hence not interested in Hiking etc.)

Which route we should take with our STP?

    HI Ajittipnis,

You’ll pass Grindelwald Grund on your way from Kleine Scheidegg to Grindelwald. It’s just a train stop and a parking lot, no need to get off the train there. “Grindelwald” is the main station in the center of town. “First” is on the mountain, so good views, and can be reached by cable car: the departure point is 20 minutes on foot from Grindelwald station. The cable car is 50% discounted with your Swiss Travel Pass. Further Swiss Travel Pass coverage details can be found here: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity.

    Have fun!

    There is a bus, too.

One hour will be tight, maybe impossible. You will have very little time at First.

Use the timetable to figure it out.
