I suppose they do, but I'm not sure as this is not a station of the Swiss federal railways (SBB). You can best contact the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn if you want to be 100% sure. It's easy to get the card online though. All purchase options are listed here. You can even have it sent to your hotel or any other address in Switzerland if you order it from the Swiss Railways.
