Hello ,

I have booked two reservations on happy rail

namely

and 7C2HID glacier express and i would like to change the date from 19.07.2019 to 19.08.2019 kindly help me with the same

Hi ,

i got a reply from them saying I will have to rebook new ones with no sort of refund . I thought I will get a 15 percent refund . Just wanted a confirmation from you as well .

Hi Shreya,

Generally, Swiss Travel Passes can be refunded by 85%, but there’s no refund for seat reservations. This applies regardless of where you buy. Sorry!

If you have an urgent reason to change the date, your travel insurance may compensate for the costs.
