Hola! Necesitamos saber hasta qué fecha se encontrara funcionando el Glacier Express en el mes de octubre, así podremos re programar nuestro viaje a suiza. Son los precios de alojamiento y pasajes en el mes de julio más costosos que en octubre? Conocer ese dato en forma general nos puede ayudar mucho a re plantear la fecha de nuestro viaje. The last day of operation of the Glacier Express is 14 October 2018. It does not operate between 15 October and 9 December 2018, but you can still follow the same route on regional trains during that time.

Ticket prices do not change according to the time of year, but reservations for the Glacier Express are slightly more expensive in the high season, which includes July. Full details are here:

Hotels probably charge more in the high seasons (e.g. July, ski season in ski resorts, Christmas etc). However, regardless of the time of year, you can usually find accommodation within your budget, especially if you book early enough. Some bargain prices for accommodation are cheaper because they are not refundable if you change your plans, so be aware of this before booking.

Thank you Alpelrose, and sorry Arno for not writing in English. My question was about when would the Glacier Express stop working in autumn. And I Also wanted to know if prices in july were much more expensive than in october, just to see if we should re programme our trip. Thanks!!!
