Haven’t received my STP yet bought in February

    hi everyone.

    Im arriving to Zurich on April 4th and I bought my STP in February. Do they send the tickets online a week before the trip or should I start panicking becaue they havent send it jet?

    the email of my confirmation says that I will have it at least 7 days prior myArrival.

    should I just wait or contact them?

    I would contact whoever you bought from pronto! Normally if you request on-line delivery they should arrive in hours if not minutes from the time of purchase.
