Help! Suggestions for the Bernina Express route?

    We are planning a train trip Chur-Tirano-Chur with a one night stay at St.Moritz.

    Is it possible to go on the Bernina express from Chur to St.Moritz , stay there one night and then continue to Tirano and return to Chur? Is the return ticket valid for more than one day?

    Hi Emiliavpk an welcome to MySwissAlps!

    Sure you should be able to do that. It will depend on the schedule of the Bernina Express though.

    You can fin schedules for your routes here, the train you want is labelled BEX, but all trains follow the same route & you may need/want to take a regional train instead. If you take the Bernina Express for one or both trips you must make separate reservations (for each leg).
