Help with concert venue please

I am travelling with my 23yr old niece and 18 yr old daughter to Europe in december and they have booked concert tickets at dynamo. I am unable to find this venue and am anxious to find accomodation which is affordable and safe nearby. We are coming from the South Island of NZ.

Where will the festival be? The only one I know by that name is in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Thank you for your reply Arno . The venue on the tickets is Dynamo Saal, Zurich. The band is "Against me!" on December 15th

Is this a safe area and any hints on affordable accom within walking distance?

I don't know the area but wouldn't think it's unsafe. It's very close to the city center and the central train station. The Marriott hotel is only 100 m away, but not the cheapest place to stay. The Montana is close as well, and cheaper. More suggestions are here: myswissalps.com/ zurich/hotels.
